If an Item becomes out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and where we have already taken payment from you, you will be refunded.
We also reserve the right to refuse an order if we are unable to obtain authorization of payment, if there is an error in the product information including price or promotion or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Again, we will notify you by email if the order is refused for one of the above reasons, and will refund in full any payment already made.
About The Items You Purchase
The images of the Items on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer displays the colors as they look in life, so be aware that items delivered may appear to differ slightly from Items displayed online.
While we do make every effort to ensure they are accurate as possible, all sizes and measurements of Items are approximate. Prices for Items may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. The price of an Item does not include delivery and returns charges. You will be provided with details of our delivery charges during the order process.
Terms of Shipping
We offer 2 Shipping Methods
a) Shipping + Surprise Gift (US$19.90): The approx. Delivery time is between 2 and 4 weeks and they include a Surprise Gift (it might be shipped in a different shipment but with a similar Delivery Date).
b) Shipping (US$9.90): The approx. Delivery time is between 2 and 4 weeks.
The Delivery Times that we offer can vary depending on your Countries Customs and The Speed of your Local Post Office. The Estimated Time of Arrival of our products doesn’t account for Extreme Cases like, for example, to Countries like Mexico who’s Customs can take Months to release a package. On the opposite side of the spectrum we find Canada, UK, Sweden etc (first world countries in general) not nearly as affected.

We retain ownership of all ordered items until we receive full payment for them.
Delivery charges will be applied in addition to the prices for the Items you are purchasing, only if we announce it. The amount of the delivery charge will depend on delivery option you have chosen and upon your location.
The delivery address information you provide us with should be complete and accurate. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your order is going to but also the name of the recipient. While we always endeavor to deliver your order within estimated timescales, delays can occur due to circumstances out of our control and you should be aware that delivery may take longer during holiday or sale periods.
We do accept returns and charge no handling fee.
